Anna Pollock describes herself as a business seer, change agent, communicator, visionary, team builder, teacher, problem solver, futurist. Her passions: promoting business as a positive force for wealth distribution and change; prospering in the Network Economy; explaining shifting paradigms and mindsets; the role of spirit and soul in the workplace; alternative pull/support marketing and, most importantly, issues associated with human relationships i.e., Taking Care of customers, employees, investors and stakeholders. Her service: making sense of complexity and communicating it simply; getting to the root cause of an issue; helping organisations understand and deal with change.   Interests and Knowledge: deep change, the impact of science on business forms and function, human and spiritual development, economic development – as associated with places; strategic deployment of information technologies, community building (on and offline).
 
Anna is also co-founder of DestiCorp having applied her expertise to the travel and tourism sector for many years. She is a Visiting Fellow of Oxford Brookes, School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, recipient of Canada's Tourism Visionary Award and serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of VRX Studios, a premium supply of hotel and destination visual content and maps.  Anna is a frequent keynote speaker at international events. Leon Benjamin is an online community and social software practitioner with over 25 years experience in strategic IT deployment in the financial services and travel sectors and as a management consultant. His passion and domain of expertise: the Network Economy. His expertise: an uncanny ability to link people in ways that create disproportionate value and catalyze completely new kinds of relationships. His service: Helping companies and individuals thrive in the network economy. Leon has led Ecademy's community consulting practice since 2001 and has managed a number of successful online community implementations with clients including the UK government, Microsoft & BT. Leon has recently published Winning by Sharing, a personal account of surviving and thriving in a rapidly changing work place. Leon is currently retained by Ki-work, a start-up developing new ways of working; VRX Studios, a provider of rich content to the tourism and hospitality sector; and Q-Co, a company that can predict the performance of financial markets with deadly accuracy, based on quantum mathematics and pattern recognition.
